“This work is from a series of photos used to create a stop-motion animation about the pacemaker/defibrillator inserted into my chest two years ago.”
Margo Stutts Toombs is a writer, performer and filmmaker. Her poetry is in Untameable City (Mutabilis Press), Texas Poetry Calendar 2011, Love over 60: An Anthology of Women’s Poems and Archway Gallery chapbooks. She writes and performs monologues at fringe festivals, art galleries and anywhere food and beverages are served.
