“The photo symbolizes all the painful memories since I lost my father to dementia amid the COVID lockdown in 2020.”
Iliyana Stoyanova is a poet, editor and translator, and holds a PhD in theology. She is photo editor at Haikupedia, editor at Blithe Spirit, living legacies editor at the Living Haiku Anthology, and former secretary of the United Haiku and Tanka Society. Her haiku and other poems have been published in numerous journals and anthologies and have won several international awards. “I enjoy photography, watercolor painting, traveling and reading.”
