About the Artwork
“Peering through these windows out into the beyond, one can imagine many ways of accomplishing a goal. Regardless of the specific path taken, the healthcare field aims to help others maintain a healthy and balanced life. At this time, as a medical student, I see these windows as different options, like the various specialties I might pursue in my future career.”
Ciara Lusnia, a second-year medical student, loves connecting her passions for art and for science. Currently serving as the president for her school’s medical humanities club, she encourages everyone to embrace interdisciplinary connections, as she does behind the lens of her Canon camera.
