A Different Perspective to the End of Life

About the Artwork

This drawing embodies a different perspective to death—the idea that death may not always be associated with negative emotions. From my experience, I’ve seen how for patients fighting chronic illnesses or diseases all their life, death may be something peaceful for them—a rest from their tiring medical journeys. This piece highlights the complexity of death for the patient and those around them.
