Well done descriptions of patients and difficult decision-making. And thank you, Dr. Gross, for bringing up the subject of staffing. From my experience, top hospital management often were those with strong business backgrounds who thought they knew best what nurses needed. I can still hear, “You just need to manage your time better.”
