Heaven in a Hospital Room

I was finally comfortable in my hospital bed but sleep was not coming. I had my eyes closed trying to sleep through the pain of a scrubbed out hip joint infected by a high contrast injection for an MRI procedure.
As I was about to drift off, it was time for the nurse to check my vitals or give me my medicine. She was a larger woman but she moved very quietly thinking I was asleep. She was at the side of my bed and I was watching her, but she was not aware of my watching.

Then she stopped. She looked around. She looked up. Her expression was one of, “I think I hear something, but I must be crazy that I am hearing this.”
I started giggling to myself and spoke up: “Do you think you are in heaven?” I startled her a bit. Before she could answer, I said, “It’s my music. I listen to it so I can go to sleep.” I was listening to Liquid Mind to relax me and it had the sound of music they play in the movies when the characters are in heaven and the angels appear.
We laughed for a moment, she did her checking and left. I finally fell asleep.
